Cucumber

Cucumber consists of two basic compounds as ascorbit acid (vitamin C) and caffeic acid. Cucumber, which has a tropical treatment effect, is generally valuable against swollen eyes, burns and dermatitis and water retention. It is also used for the prevention of cancer thanks to the cucumber antitumor effect and reduces body weight, lipid metabolism and obesity-related hormone levels.
